I’m currently working in healthcare here, and I just got an offer to work overseas in Saudi with amazing salary and benefits. Honestly, I’m torn. On one hand, the pay and perks sound great, but on the other, I’m worried about adapting to a new culture, being far from family, and how the work environment might be different. For those who have worked there/abroad, would you take the leap? What made you say yes or no? Would love to hear your thoughts to help me decide!
