Anyone happened to be in this position?
Secured many interviews but was overqualified for Executives roles and underqualified for Manager post as my age plays a part.
Went for more than 20 interviews why am i not given a chance :(

Ugh, sounds not easyy. 20 interviews is a lot, so clearly, companies see potential in you then! Maybe it’s about how they perceive your fit rather than your actual skills. If you’re aiming for a manager role, maybe considered taking on leadership projects or certifications to bridge the gap? And for exec roles, maybe adjusting your CV slightly could help. Don’t give up okay!!
