Saw someone from my batch on LinkedIn already a Senior Manager. I’m genuinely happy for him, but really, the imposter syndrome is hitting hard. 😩 It’s like, I’m still figuring out how to reply to simple emails without second-guessing myself but my friends are already up there! I get that everyone’s journey is different, but sometimes it feels like I’m way behind. Anyone else struggling with this? How do you deal with that feeling when others seem to be moving up so much faster?

Felt this just yesterday. My friend got promoted, and I was still stuck proofreading emails 3 times before sending 🙃 but I remind myself that titles don’t always reflect happiness or actual skills. We all grow at different speeds and that’s okay.
