38F, working as a Regional Manager. I’ve been struggling to work with colleagues from other countries... some don’t do their part properly, and every month I end up chasing deadlines. Communication is unclear, and I end up looking bad even though I’m trying my best to fix things. How do you deal with situations like this? I’m thinking of setting up weekly check-ins to align tasks and avoid any miscommunication or missed work.

Oh man, I’ve been through this too. Weekly check-ins sound like a good start. I’d also try setting expectations in writing
