Being a Regional Manager sounds great, but honestly, it’s tough working with colleagues from other countries who don’t do their part properly. I try to stay patient, but it’s frustrating when deadlines are missed and communication is unclear. Then I end up looking bad even though I’m doing my best to fix things.
Is this normal when managing teams across different countries? Or am I expecting too much? How do you deal with this without getting stressed or ruining relationships?

This is way more common than you think. I struggled too until I realized not everyone works at the same pace or has the same priorities. I started creating mini-deadlines and looping managers in earlier. It’s helped shift some accountability without pointing fingers.
