Feel like there isn't enough discussion on negotiating pay at a senior level - it's a whole other ballgame! People imagine you have more leverage at this level but it's not always the case. I’ve been offered a new role, but I’m still unsure on the best way to approach the pay package. Should I prioritse base salary, equity, or other perks like benefits for my family and bonuses? Any other factors I should be aware of? Thanks in advance.
