My oldest sister is almost 40 and just started her first job in hospitality (working at a hotel spa) after being a housewife for 15 years. Does anyone have any tips or advice for someone just entering hospitality, or the hotel business, at her age? Thanks in advance! Greatly appreciated!

My advice would be to focus on building relationships with her team and clients, and don’t be afraid to ask for feedback regularly. She can also look into short courses in hospitality to help her develop her skills more quickly
