When I first started working in hospitality, I was a total introvert. I hated talking to strangers and felt really awkward in social situations. But now, I’ve noticed a huge shift. I’ve become more confident and outgoing, especially when interacting with guests. It’s amazing how the environment has pushed me to step out of my comfort zone. I never thought I’d be someone who thrives in social settings, but working in this field has really helped me grow. Anyone else had similar transformation?

This hit home! I started as the quiet one in housekeeping, barely spoke unless I had to. Fast forward a year, and I’m joking with regular guests and training newbies. The growth is real when you’re in a people-focused role.
