Finance & HR Administrator
I have a diploma in programming but started my career in admin, then accounts, and now handle HR, IT, admin, accounts, and logistics in a small, unstructured company. I’m a Malaysian with a valid WP and 7 years’ experience. I want to focus on HR, start as an assistant, study further, and grow in the field. Job applications keep getting rejected, and I’m feeling stuck. Any advice on breaking into HR and improving my job search?

Hmm, try tailoring your CV for each HR job you apply to. Emphasise your HR responsibilities like recruitment, payroll, onboarding, etc. Networking also plays important role.
