I’ve noticed many people (including me 😅) spend a lot of time building personal portfolio websites to showcase projects, designs, or coding work — and keeping our LinkedIn profiles updated.
But I’ve always wondered… when we apply for jobs, do HR or hiring managers actually take time to look at our LinkedIn or personal websites? Or do they mainly rely on our CVs when shortlisting candidates?

actually, i think it's better to have ats friendly resume/cv. so it's easier to pass the filter phase..
