I think I got lucky with work this time. It’s only been 3 months since I joined, but my seniors have been so open in sharing what they know. Even when their schedules are packed, they still make effort to guide me, or let me sit in and observe how they handle things. Honestly, I’ve picked up A LOT just by listening to their experiences and watching how they work. Unlike my old workplace, here mentorship feels more natural, engaging and personal. Sharing my story so others take note as well.

Reminds me of my intern years. The seniors were so kind and helpful which it makes me remember them until now. But my first job was disaster. HAHA so i had to experience both and both giving me good and bad impact at work..
