In a recent CNA report, it was said that most of the new jobs created in 2023 went to non-residents as these were not those Singaporeans "typically" want to do, according to Manpower Minister Tan See Leng.
What are your thoughts on this? Is it true that Singaporeans don't want to do certain jobs?

Things like pay, work environment, and how society views certain jobs can sway preferences. It's all goes back to these factors i just mentioned. So i think that's why it's like that
