I’m thinking of introducing the idea of remote/hybrid work to my boss, but he’s super traditional. The last time we had WFH was during COVID and even then it was alternate days only. He firmly believes “home is for resting, not working.” But I really think the company can benefit from being more progressive. Some other departments have started already. Anyone here managed to convince an old-school boss before? How do you bring it up without making it sound like you just want to chill at home?

Actually, so hard to convince like that.. Unless, you can prove it like, when there's no travel time, faster turnaround on your tasks, lesser sick leave. Don’t highlight about comfort.. but more about work efficiency..
