That moment recruiter asked me that typical “Do you have any questions for me?” at the end of an interview, my mind just goes blank. I know I’m supposed to ask something, but as a fresh grad, I don’t even know what I should be curious about. I don’t want to ask something too basic and look unprepared, but also don’t want to ask something irrelevant and embarrass myself. What are some good questions that actually impress recruiters and show I’m serious about the role?

I get this feeling too! Instead of trying to impress, think about what you really want to know. “What’s something new the company is excited about?” can spark a good convo. Or if work-life balance matters to you, ask “What’s the company’s approach to maintaining a healthy work culture?”
