Job interviews can be a real test of nerves, especially when they hit you with a question you have absolutely no answer to. I’ve been there...sitting across from the interviewer, trying not to panic. I used to think admitting “I don’t know” would make me look bad, but over time, I realized it’s all about how you say it. Instead of freezing up, I try to acknowledge the question, share what I do know, and show how I’d figure it out. Confidence matters more than having all the answers!

This is such a great mindset! No one has all the answers, but showing how you think on your feet is what matters. I try to frame it like, “That’s a great question. I haven’t dealt with this before, but here’s how I’d approach it.” It shifts the focus from what I don’t know to how I’d solve the problem. Definitely helps calm the nerves too!
