How do you usually tell interviewers that you’re seeking better opportunities and compensation without sounding desperate(money minded)?
Long story short, I’m exploring opportunities elsewhere because my current company isn’t able to offer the pay progression I’m looking for. With the ever changing economy and rising cost of living, it’s kinda difficult to sustain a salary that has remained the same for the past three years.
