Marketing and Partnerships Associate
I got laid off last July have sent close to 1000 applications, I barely get any interviews and can’t seem to land any offers until now. Feels like the job portals are broken and no longer work like they used to, I am not sure is it me? Or is it the market? Felt like it was easier to find jobs during pandemic as compared to now. Stressed.

hmm, for me now is because many companies are trying to reduce the number of employee and switch to ai instead. hence that's why so hard to get jobs
