Senior retail sales supervisor
Hi everyone, I've been feeling a bit lost about my career path lately. I've been working at my current company for 5 years, but I'm now considering switching to a new job, ideally as a Product Executive or Logistics Executive, because I want to shift my career direction, and I think both roles could suit me well.
I'm wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience, such as moving from a retail job to an office-based role? I'd love to hear any advice or insights you might have. Thanks!

Feel you! Changing path is scaryy especially when you're so used to the previous workplace. 5 years is so long. but don’t underestimate your experience. Try to look for role that mention "training provided" or “open to non-experience.”
