Attended 3 interviews with this company, took a month to get back to me after the last interview and offered me an employment contract. Tendered notice with my current company and on the last week, they rescinded the employment contract citing failed background check.
The whole process took them 2 months before offering me a contract. Now I'm jobless and unemployed as I have already trained my replacement in my previous employment.

Can advise the name of the company so that we can beware? And may I know why they do background checks only after they have offered you and not before?
