Here's a tip on how to talk to industry professionals at any career/job fair~ What worked for me was to apply for a job beforehand and then approach the company at the fair. You can say something like,
'Hi, I'm [your name]. I've some experience in [your skills/field], and I noticed you've an opening role related to my interests. I applied for it. Could you tell me more about it?' :)
