I am an Indian candidate and I have applied to 200+ job offers, but not even a single response.
Do employers here actually hire foreign workers, or are international applications being ignored completely?
I am ready to relocate, work hard, and adapt — but getting zero replies after hundreds of applications is honestly discouraging.
If anyone knows companies that genuinely hire international candidates, please let me know.
