People think I’m lucky working in a family business. From the outside, it looks like I have everything. A high position, a “great” salary, nice clothes. But the reality is very different. My salary always comes last, and it’s even lower than my manager’s. It’s been 3 years, and I’m seriously thinking of leaving. The problem is… It’s family. Quitting = betrayal. But honestly, I can’t keep going like this. I’m not growing and I’m exhausted. Give me ideas on how I can leave peacefully. Please!

The "nice clothes" and "high position" flex while complaining about low salary is a bit confusing. Sounds like you like the image more than you're willing to admit. Maybe that's why you're still there...

HR & Operations Manager (Interim)
My friend left the family business and was branded a traitor too. His salary is also low and had to assume lots of responsibilities because it's "family". However, despite the odds, he decided to quit no matter what. He is doing much better and earning a better salary with better prospects. It take guts to leave and time will heal the bad remarks. So the question is this ..... are you ready?

Let your family know the pros & cons, you are facing & being very exhausted.
I used to face situations like this before & you need to let them know that you do treasured the family but is really hard to continue to work in this manner.

actually job market is shattering don't fall in to this pit hole. grow your business increase your salary. another 5 years with AI intervention, white collar jobs will become almost minimum. and competition crazy high. many layoffs ahead !!!!!
