Once, I asked a candidate about their biggest weakness. They replied, "I tend to procrastinate." It was honest but lacked self-awareness or a strategy for improvement. It left me questioning their commitment and ability to meet deadlines. I understand we're all have weakness, it's just the matter on how we handle it and try to improve ourselves better everyday.
