Junior Business Analyst
Hi all, I recently gave an interview for a visa-sponsored business analyst job in Singapore, but they want me to do a CBAP certification in just one week. Any suggestions and advice on how to negotiate, as they said they can't release the offer letter without certification. I am sure the certification requires some time to prepare. 1 week is not enough.

Wahh why so rushing? CBAP usually takes weeks or even months to prep. Maybe you can propose a timeline instead? Like, commit to taking the exam within 1–2 months after joining. If they really want you, they might be flexible. Good luck!
