how many resumes did you send out before finally getting your job? For me, it was 37 applications, 10 interviews, and 3 awkward rejections before I got my current job. And don’t even get me started on ghosting! Is this normal, or am I just really unlucky? I'm curious to find out other people's application-to-job success ratio?!
