As a foreigner, I am still struggling to get a job in Singapore for almost 4 months. I have got many interviews than expected however due to quota limitation, it’s very challenging to get Spass/WP I guess. Is there any job search advice for a foreigner please?? Instead of direct finding jobs via online platform, shall I change the job finding way???

Try networking. Building a strong network can lead to referrals and potential job opportunities. You can also try to do some company research, identify companies that hire foreigners or have more international workforce. Target your applications to these organisations.
