May I know how to get a job asap for person over 50 years old like me who try many applications and interviews but can't get any job. is it only me or what kind of things can attract companies to employ person over 56 years old like me, is there some way that make companies want to employ older worker immediately. or what should older worker do or say to be easily gey employed. thanks
