Claims Executive (Employee Benefits)
I submitted an application late Jan and on 13 Feb,the recruiter called me to say that I got an interview. I went for the interview late Feb & a week later,the recruiter called and informed me that the Interviewer said I sounded keen to learn.But then, the job was reposted and last week,the recruiter said that the company is still interviewing candidates & not urgently filling the role. What are my chances?

Ugh the waiting game 😩 But on the other side, "keen to learn" from an interviewer is actually a positive feedback! The role not being urgent might work in your favour less pressure, more consideration. Good luck!
