Been job hunting since last year, no single interview i got called. Almost 6 years working at same place and found out been underpaid than another branches make me feel more down with this situation. From lift and escalator industry make more difficult to get a new job. I regret with my decision to stay at same company as my ex colleague tender resignation earlier after 2 years working here. Now they got paid up more than 3 times from my current salary. The End

Hi Firdaus. It’s okay to feel regret for awhile, just don't take it too long and don’t let it define your future. Maybe that time you decided to stay because you felt it's like a right choice for you. Don't ever give up ok! Remember, It’s not the end.. it’s a new chapter waiting for you to begin.

Same here :( Thankfully I have a job, but it is really low pay and won't be enough. I'm applying to lots of places, only to get nowhere. I'm not even getting interviews.

I'm in similar situation too. Since there's no result, i've been apply for lower paying jobs. No point if the job with the desired salary i want wont even call be for interview.. wasting my time! Atleast i dont have to use much of my savings in the meantime.

i'm in a jobseeker mode too, for more than a year tbh. Have yet to even receive any interview call. I've only been receiving rejection emails lol. No issues with cv whatsoever as it has been checked many times over..

Man this is such a hard place to be in. I'd feel down also knowing when others got pay better when job hopping to another company. Don’t give up bro! keep trying to look for jobs. If there's still no result... Might worth to try reaching out to career coach
