I’ve been working in the EC industry for 6 years, and I recently decided it’s not something I can do long-term, especially since I’m planning to resume my studies in university.
I left because I couldn’t cope with the shifts anymore, and I’ve been trying to transition into admin roles for more stable hours. However, it’s been difficult since most positions require prior admin experience.
Any fellow ex-EC educators who can relate or successfully transition out of the industry?
