Have u ever found a job ads you applied for online 2–3 months ago being reposted? You applied again, got ghosted, or the application expired, and then a few months later....BOOM! IT COMES BACK! As a full-time job seeker, I’m seeing this trend throughout the year and I’m beginning to wonder…
Is there REALLY a job opening in your company? Or are you just collecting resumes? Or is the position really tough and people come and go almost immediately? So, which is it REALLY? I'm so confused

it happened to me too! Applying for admin jobs that say “no experience required” and “training provided” but still getting rejected.
So… what experience are you actually looking for? 🫠

Idk but some company that i knew open a fake vacancy because MOM required them to open a vacancy. Then they will let the ads running for a month and rehired the person inside the company
