My company wants me to learn Japanese but I’m seriously struggling. I’ve been asked to handle more Japan-based clients and was told it would be good for my growth if I can speak Japanese. I agreed at first, but now I’m feeling the pressure. I tried Duolingo, YouTube, even podcasts during my commute… but with my current workload, I barely have time to rest, let alone study. It’s not that I don’t want to learn, but how do you guys manage language learning while working full-time?

Honestly, it takes a lot of courage and a loooot longer if you're studying languages + working full time. But i can say, if you have buddy to communicate with, maybe it will be a lot easier.
