Marketing and Social Media Specialist
This new place is giving me headache.... Late? Pay a fine. Toilet break? Must be under 10 mins. Lunch? Exactly 30 mins, no more, no less. It feels like we’re back in school, except now we’re adults with KPIs. Is this normal? Are other companies also this micromanage-y, or did I accidentally sign up for prison with a salary? FYI, they DID NOT inform me all of these during the interview sessions which is way I'm so surprised by all these nonsense!

Uff, that’s rough. Some companies do have strict policies, but this level of control? Feels excessive. If it’s already stressing you out, maybe start exploring other options. No job is worth feeling like you’re being monitored 24/7.
