Hot take - not everyone is built for management. People are often promoted to managerial positions due to technical skills instead of leadership abilities. Which do you think is the more important attribute when choosing someone to be a leader? Also in our society, progressing to a leadership role seems to be the only way up, even if you're not cut out for it in terms of personality. Do we need a new approach for appointing leaders?

💯agree with this! I wonder too sometimes how should a leader act. Is it just because the numbers of work experience they have? For me, they should actually trained to be a leader maybe by getting a leadership course or somethin cause not everyone was born with leadership skill.
