only 1 criteria? how? job scope, 1. right skill, 2. team player.
all super highly skill but not a team player ie can not agreed on anything!!!
all super friendly but do not have the skill???
I resign right away even if the coy put me director but 1 criteria to form a team. get real. just my 2 cents.

Definitely i'd choose team who i can work with. I dont mind if they're not confident to speak or lead. As long they can deliver the tasks and work on details stuff. Would be good for me
