After some time, I realized my working style and the management's approach were not aligned. It wasn’t really about who’s right or wrong but we simply wanted different things. Eventho the people felt like family, the environment wasn’t the right fit for me. I didn't feel belonged or appreciated. Safe to say, I’m happier now in my company. 🌸 Looking back, I’m really grateful for that experience because it helped me understand more clearly the kind of culture & company I want to thrive in.☺️
