Clinic Operations Assistant
Anyone experience working with SM who doesn’t reply emails on time, organise events and don’t look prepare earlier or look at details. 2 to 3 days before the event look out for help. Always a very last minute person. Refuse to accept their flaws and always very argumentative like to push their errors and their job to downline. Always ask the wrong person for assistance. Repeatedly have to sent emails and templates. Sigh!

Sounds super frustrating. I've been there too, and it's tough when you have to constantly pick up the slack. Maybe try having a candid conversation about the impact their disorganization is having on the team? If that doesn't help, it might be worth escalating the issue to a higher-up or HR. Good luck!
