Don’t know if it’s right or wrong but it’s been a topic among colleagues for some time.
WFH have been removed from the organisation, but 1 colleague get to wfh till today. In office before lunch doze off and after lunch doze off. On time to office and for lunch. Send emails no replies or follow ups until you follow up again.
How do you handle this kind of colleagues?

Urgh, when everyone else's following the rules, but there's that one person.. Report to your manager? and why that 1 colleague get to wfh while others have to go into the office?
