Qualification Program (QP)
agreed that leadership can be learned but how much of "leadership" can one learned more so a good one? it comes to executing, leading, decision making. does making a poor decision make a bad leader? taking responsibility, ownership on all bad outcome is a leader, rewards team members, credit given to individual is a leader. the rest are just speaker. so yes, leader are born within. leadership course do not make leader. just my opinion.
