Hi, I would consider myself a newbie Manager since I'm in this position for less than a year. So recently I found that burnout has got to be the common cold of a high-performance team. In severe cases, people choose to resign (in my experience, few people do). But right now we can't afford for anyone to.
What can I do to assist the team collectively and individually from feeling burnt out? (Myself included)

Good you recognize the sign! Team chill time is a must. Breaks, check-ins, and clear goals help.

Umm, talk to each other more often? Or, find an activity in the office together so the working environment wont be always intense with workload
