Lately, I’ve been feeling that leadership quality among new bosses is really dropping. It’s like they focus more on ordering people around than actually guiding or supporting their teams. Sometimes they don’t inspire confidence or motivate us, which makes work feel tougher than it should be. Anyone else notice this trend? How do you stay positive and keep motivated when your manager seems to lack real leadership skills? Any tips on dealing with these kinds of bosses?

Omg yes, been feeling this hard lately. Some managers just give orders and bounce, zero support or context. I cope by setting my own goals and finding motivation in the work or the team around me. Sometimes you gotta lead yourself, even when leadership is missing above 😅
