I’m terrible at delegating. I feel like if I want something done right, I need to do it myself. But now, my to-do list is a mile long, and I’m drowning in work 😩 How do you guys get better at trusting your team to take on tasks without micromanaging? Any advice for learning to let go and avoid the urge to fix everything yourself?

I feel you! Something I learned is that it’s okay if your team doesn’t do things exactly the way you would and it doesn’t mean it’s wrong. They have their own way to deliver the job. And it's okay :)
