My boss is super friendly, which I appreciate, but sometimes it feels like he crosses work boundaries. He’s always chatting, sharing personal stuff, and even treats us more like friends than colleagues. I’m not sure if this is a good leadership style or if he’s just being kind. Is it okay for a boss to be this friendly, or should they maintain a more professional distance? What do you guys think—does it set a bad leadership example, or is it just his way of building rapport? 🤔

It’s nice to have a boss who’s approachable, but I get where you’re coming from. When a boss gets too friendly, it can sometimes make giving constructive feedback or handling tough situations tricky. Maybe take note of whether it affects work dynamics or respect within the team. If not, it might just be his way of keeping things relaxed and positive! 🌟
