I was wondering if my superior comment my work performance that made him exhausted and concern the section under my supervision due to out put by staff that doesn't meet dateline is it fair treatment? The comments were made via email and cc to HR without consultation with me.

Man.. your superior can just discuss with you first instead directly get HR involved. Something is not right there
