What is the best way to give feedback to GenZ as a millennial manager? Do they prefer scheduled check ins or more organic conversations as and when some points of improvement catch my notice? Should I try to approach more buddy-buddy style or more like mentor to mentee? What would they be most receptive to? 🤓
