What is the best way to give feedback to GenZ as a millennial manager? Do they prefer scheduled check ins or more organic conversations as and when some points of improvement catch my notice? Should I try to approach more buddy-buddy style or more like mentor to mentee? What would they be most receptive to? 🤓

Genz ah.. hahah usually they don't mind transparency? A mix of scheduled check-ins and organic conversations works best. Usual, structured meetings provide clarity and show you're invested in their growth, and make spontaneous chats will do
