I’m honestly tired of micromanaging my team, but every time I try to let go, they prove they can’t handle the responsibility. 😩 It’s like I’m stuck between being the boss and babysitting. I hate feeling this way, but they’re so unreliable, I can’t trust them to get things done without constant oversight. I wish I could change the team, but for now, I’m stuck. Anyone else feel like this as a leader? How do you balance trust and control without losing your mind?

Maybe you can just start to put your trust on them, how bad could it be? Get me?? Like at least let them work on their own, then if anthing goes wrong, tell and teach them
