I joined the company for 2 months now. my job responsibilities is to be in charge of xxxxx. unfortunately since I joined. there was not much xxxx at all. hence I have nothing much to do. time pass very slowly.my manager either do it herself or pass it to another peer to do it. my manager did not speak to me at all since I joined on my job KPI. everyday i m wondering how will I get through my probation. should I leave for another job?

Maybe it's better if you confront your manager and talk about it before deciding if you should leave or not. Cause sometimes the manager didn't realised about it, so it's better if you talk to him/her about it first.

If your manager isn’t giving you work or feedback, it’s hard to see how you’ll get through probation successfully. It might be a sign that this isn’t the right fit. Find a better opportunity ^^
