Sales Associate
accepted the job which was advertise well with all the benefits but the store manager has been abusing his authorities and asked his colleague to tender . The store is really new and been opening for 2 months and within almost to two months he wants to terminate the 5 people and replace. He has been micro managing and been running away from his work . Almost all have feedback to the HR but there wasn’t any action taken as they are brained washed by him. what do i do?

you said it a new entity. if you are the manager, what will you do or what will you wish for and from the company point of view, why get this manager in the first place? he cannot be the manager for no reason. do not like being manage and cannot be manage is different. cannot, please leave asap. the company will not risk get a new manager and let the "old worker" push him around more so when it a new entity.

Oh mannn, this would be the reason you're unhappy to work. If i were you, if it's that bad then time to quit too. Find a better job. If you want to fix this situation, then maybe show all the proofs to the HR, if HR still ignores, time to go to higher ups and make complain, if they still didn't do anything then the whole company is the problem and you should find a better place.
