Senior Executive
Just very curious, having a colleague (manager) who is always scrolling the phone. Having more 2hrs lunch. After lunch dozing off on desk. Then once time leave the office for the day.
Closed with other departments, if our department discuss about our issues immediately one of the team member received email or notifications from the department the colleague is closed with.
On top of all this, Taiji her work too…

Oof, very frustrating!! It’s the worst when someone in a higher position slacks off and the rest of the team has to pick up the pieces. Unfair unfair, especially if there’s politics involved too.
