responsibility, ownership. in my opinion with this 2 traits, the rest will just fall in place such as empathy etc. a leader should be able to answer and take blame for mistake and give credit to others and even single out other individual hard work and contribution. not to claim credit for own self and put blames on team members. sad to say most such leader are not recognize for his or her work by the higher management.

I feel empathy it is.. Tryna put yourself in others situation, Cause most of them will only care about themselves. Their KPI to achieve, without even try to understand.
